Caribbean Dream - Adam Barrett, chief executive of Antigua-based JHR Caribbean Real Estate, says Tamarind Hills will be “the flagship beachfront property in Antigua” and believes the three and four-bedroom villas will double in value, from $1million (£675,000) to $2million (£1.3million), in just two years, while other properties at the resort should rise by about 30%.
 
Antigua Acquies an Upscale Profile - When it comes to real estate, “Antigua offers a top-quality product in a stable and reasonably priced market when compared to other islands in the region, and so it has a much greater growth potential,” said Adam Barrett, chief executive of JHR Caribbean Real Estate here.

He said a two-bedroom property near the beach in Antigua would sell for an average of three US$350,000, compared with $480,000 in St Lucia, $500,000 in St Kitts and Nevis and $550,000 in Barbados.
