The South West Coast is one of the most fertile areas on the island for growing natural produce as well as being the epicenter of the Antigua Real Estate market. Christian Valley is one of the most successful in agriculture and is also the home of Mango Festival, which is held annually. Within a five minute drive you will find the Jolly Harbour Marina Complex, which is a gated waterfront community with amenities within short walking distance of each other. In the heart of the Marina one can see Harbour island, a private man-made island that is the location of Harbour Island Residence, one of Antigua's newest Developments. The South West Coast is the is most popular location for Antigua Real Estate investment.
