Since its launch in December 2007, The JHR Property Guide has in its short life span, established itself as the premier and leading Property Guide in Antigua. The JHR Property Guide is a free magazine, published three times per year with each edition covering four months and a total of 70 pages. Total print run covers over 20,000 copies per year.

The JHR Property Guide is distributed to over 200 locations island wide through JHR offices, hotels, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, athletic clubs, casinos, car rental agencies, coffee shops, visitor information centres, port authorities, travel agencies, banks, doctors surgeries, lawyers, various bookshops, furniture and retail outlets and existing and new information stands at VC Bird International Airport. 250 copies per edition are requested by the Antigua & Barbuda Investment Authority. Copies are sent to every Government Office and all overseas Embassies and every Caribbean based Tourist board. The guide is also sent to overseas (US, UK & EIRE) national and regional newspaper and magazine editors, real estate agents, referral agents and many media companies seeking information on the property market in Antigua.
